Before the RAAM program, patients were treated through a process known as COVID, which delayed treatment and created barriers to access. In addition to the RAAM program, The Royal has also launched a virtual addiction clinic that uses a digital front door to replicate an in-person visit. This is intended to expand the reach of the program and speed access to treatment for patients. Continue reading about Ottawa!
