Price Match Guarantee

Written, itemized, recent quote. The competitor's quote must be in writing (email or PDF is fine), itemized, show the competitor's business name and contact details, and be dated within 14 days before you send it to us.

Before booking. You must send us the quote before you book your move with us. We cannot adjust a price after booking.

Same move. The quote must cover the same scope: the same items, specialty handling (for example pianos, safes or antiques), stairs and access, crew size, pick-up and delivery addresses (distance), move date, and the same or higher insurance/valuation coverage.

Licensed and insured mover. The competitor must be a moving company that will perform the move itself, holds the licences required for the move (including a CVOR certificate or equivalent where required) and carries liability and cargo insurance. Brokers and booking platforms that do not perform the move are not eligible.

Firm total price. The quote must state a firm total price. We cannot match hourly-only quotes, "starting at" prices, price ranges or estimates without a total, or quotes that depend on a promotion, coupon or limited-time discount.

Total price only. We match the competitor's total price, including all fees and charges shown on the quote. Applicable taxes are extra. Our matched price will include all of our fees and charges, with only applicable taxes added. We do not match individual line items.

One match per move. One price match per move. The price match cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.

Verification. We check each quote against the conditions on this page and keep a record of each request. We may contact the competitor only to verify that the quote is genuine and current. If a quote cannot be verified or does not meet these conditions, we will tell you which condition was not met, and our regular quote still applies.
