While the average home or condo in the area is a bit pricey at around $1,810,000, there are a number of enticing properties on the market. Among these are three condominium complexes in the works, along with a host of mid-range properties to suit the budgeted home buyer.
The best part is, most of the residents are happy to live in a thriving and growing community. A number of condos have been converted to single family dwellings, some of which are for sale, while others are available for rent. Some of the best properties are located on a cul de sac, making them ideal for the commuter looking for an oasis in the middle of the city.
